Im moving house in a few weeks. I only have to pack the stuff in my bedroom. Can everyone give me their advice on...

How to pack quick and easily and clearing out my clutter at the same time?

Packing and moving is a stressful job but with better planning you can make it less stressful.I think if you afford it is better to hire professional movers. I am giving you some tips for a better move    

The first thing is to obviously make a game plan  

1) Start packing for your move well in advance.  Lighten your load by packing a couple of cartons a day.

2) Mark all boxes, designating room and box number.  Make a carton identification log to show

3)Use plenty of "filling" material to prevent breakage

First off pack the computer to save time spent on yahoo and other sites.

Next pack everything related to the television set.

Next is the IPOD, PSP etc.

Now that you have nothing else to do, pack your stuff.

If they're moving the entire hous, as you say...why pack anything?

on those tv shows where they declutter houses, they usually use the "three box system"

one box for trash, one for undecided and one for packing/keeping. go through your dresser and closet, putting each item in a box. when you have packed everything you're keeping and thrown out the trash, then go through the undecided boxes and either keep, through out or give away what's left. as you empty each area, clean it, too. have fun!
