Moving Startbar/taskbar from top to bottom?

My brother was on my computer and somehow moved the start button, and all the little icons and the place where it shows the date to the top of my screen. He says he doesn't know what he did.

How do I move it back to the bottom of my screen? Please help!!!!!

click on your startbar, where there are no icons up, and just drag it to the bottom of your screen, that usually works for me

All you need to do is grab the bar and keep pulling it down. After a couple of times it should move.
