Moving To California?

Question

Okay, I really want to move to California, but the only thing in worried about is that there is going to be ( or supossed to be ) " the big one." I read up online that in a few years California is gonaa have a HUGE earthquake. And I live In Canada so im used to Hurricanes and Tornadoes which arent as scary, Hurricanes are the worst NOT tornadoes Like ive seen lots of people say that Tornadoes are the worst, well anyways, I'd LOVE to live in Orange County, Cuz thats Where my favorite show basicly took place, Is It true that there is gonna be, " the big one?" I am just curious because i might go there for college too. Thanks- lisavee

It is nothing like the tv show. I happen to love that show too!

I have crossed living in California off of my list because it will probably be washed out to sea.  Tornado's aren't scary. I go through like 2 a year and its no big deal. the only time i've ever gotten hurt was a when i was staring at the sky watching the tornado while driving and was in a car accident (whoops)!

so don't worry about that!

Have you thought of moving to Europe?? The weather is much more to your liking there. Look for school out there!!

I'd worry more about housing and gas prices than an earthquake.

And you'll eventually realize that Orange County is not like the television show. I just hope you realize that before you get there.
