I'm moving into an apartment soon and was wondering what kinds of foods I should stock up on to avoid trips to the store and things that will get us by for a while. Don't just say canned foods- be specific. What's really essential? Thanks

  1. Noodles

Bread (keep it in the fridge to keep it from going stale or molding quickly)

    Cheese

Milk ( you can freeze it - can also freeze bread)

    Tomato sauce

    Freeze hamburger, bacon, ham, turkey,etc.

    Rice

Cream of mushroom soup - goes great with tuna/peas/noodles

Frozen single dinners are great for the last minute suppers!

  2. Chocolates and candy. And some instant cup noodles, frozen pizza which you can toast and eat. And some soft drinks too in case you get thirsty.
