I did this biology lab, where I put a celery stem in a cup of water along with food colouring and comapred it to a celery stem in water with food colouring AND salt.
I'm not too sure on how to answer this question:
Can we detemine how a chosen factor(salt, sugar, temp., etc.) influences the rate of water movement through plant stems?
