Question:

Moving from France back to Mayo, Ireland. Any ideas on the cheapest way to transport my stuff?

I don't have furniture just personal effects, probably about as much as would fit in a ford transit sized van.

  1. It'll be a long drive but if you can get a car do and go on the ferry, postage costs are crazy. Whatever you do don't fly. My friend lives in germany but is from ireland and she swears the cheapest way is by car!

  3. I moved from Germany to London and I got somes friend to hire a van and drive.....I saved thousands and were happy as they got paid and had a short  (all expenses paid) break at the same time.
