Moving from N.S.W to VIC, what Things do i need to do, like drivers licence and stuff?

Hi, i'm soon moving to Melbourne, i have had enough of sydney and it's rude and greedy residents, not to mention it's the most expensive place to live,So having never left home before what are some things i need to be aware of?
