Moving interstate, brisbane to melbourne?

i am moving interstate in about a month, and am trying to find the cheapest way to transport my furniture down to melbourne. A friend recommended that i get a carriage on a freight train of some sort, but i cant seem to find any information on it, or even if that sort of thing is available. Anyone have any ideas? They would be grealy appreciated

I haven't tried them myself, so I'm not sure how much they charge.   You can ask for a quote on their website.
