Moving out of Parents house?

I will be moving out my parents house by next June, I want to know what the average utilities are in any apartment in Jacksonville, Fl.

My friend and I are moving into either an apartment or renting out a house. I'm trying to save up as much as possible, I'm in college so our budget is very slim. We were hoping no more than $300 in utilites.

Know any good places to rent on the westside of town?
