  1. they must inform you are living with them to the local electoral roll by law from the age of sixteen, they have a form add you name and birth details this gives you your vote starting at eighteen this is done each year, it starts around the end of September, you inform your work place, tax office and bank of change of address and send cards to the people who you would like to know if you only plan to stay a short while there's no need,A short while I would stay is under three weeks or 21 full days and nights

  2. They would have to declare rent to the Inland Revenue but in the UK the Rent a Room Scheme allows tax free income up to £3250 pa (check this).

  3. Do you live in the US?  Do your aunt and uncle have some kind of government loan with a weird provision about how many people can live in the house?

I can't think of any reason or entity they would need to notify.

Edit:  OH!  England.  Well, forget me then.

  4. Utilities and food is a financial need. Obviously, an extra mouth and bath and lights are going to raise there bills up.

I feel the reality is to pay rent while you are residing in their home. That is the right thing to do. Regardless how much they make.

  5. how old are you? without this info its very hard to answer this question because your parents could need to change several things depending on your age?
