Moving pictures??????

you know when you go on either photobucket or tinypic some of the pictures are moving??

well theres this one picture thats moving and i want to use it but its too big for my profile.

how do i make it smaller and have it still be moving when i put it on my profile?

I assume you are talking about an animated gif.

You need to make sure that each component is as small as possible (e.g. via image editor or www.picnik.com), then go to www.gifninja.com to create the animation.
