Moving the start bar in windows around the screen

my computer start bar/Taskbar is on the rigth of my screen i am trying to put it back in Default pos i am having no joy with the windows help Im runing winXP system 2GB ram 108GB Hdd No added display cardsTFT19'' my nan is learning to use a computer also it will be a problem at next lesson with the bar like that Thank You
