Moving to Canada from Ireland?

Would prefer to get arranged employment beforehand. Does anyone know of any agencies in Canada that do sponsorship, or how to get a job from abroad?

If I were you I would do some research on Canada before coming over here.

It is hard enough for Canadians to get jobs these days.

General Motors have laid-off thousands of Canadians, The forestry industry is in decline, the Garment manufacturing have out-sourced a lot of jobs, its very tough economically just now.

I would have to say, our winters can be a real challenge to anyone coming here from the British Isles.
