Moving to England - Expense and Advise.?

Ok, can you give me a brief rundown of average apartment/house costs, cost of living, the total of moving personal belongings, and other costs that might come up with a high school graduate moving overseas to study. From Philidelphia, PA to London, UK. Help?

I cannot give you averages on housing cost because it depends on the area you will be living in and the type of place you want. London is amazing but it is one of the most expensive cities in the world and our money is worth NOTHING there. The exchange rate is horrible. Its a wonderful place to live but getting ahead is nearly impossible.

Michael, unfortunatey the cost of living in London and in fact the in the U.K. in general is very high.
