Moving to Europe from the USA?

My family is thinking of moving to Ireland... I'm almost out of high school so I'm not sure if I want to go with them or stay here for college...

Has anyone done this before? Is it a hard transition? Are there any good colleges there for computers and graphic design? Is the cost of living a lot higher? Any information is helpful...

The cost of living will definitely be higher than Ireland and it is so different from USA , with lots of small villages very friendly people . I moved from the UK to Spain and i love it . If you go and dont like it there is nothing to stop you going back.
