Moving to Florida from Aruba, information?

Hey I asked this question once before but I didn't put much detail in it because I was kind of rushed. So here it is again, please help me.

I'm currently in Aruba, but within a year perhaps I will be moving to Florida.

-What procedures should I take in the process of moving there?

-I have a healthy 3 year old Shih Tzu dog, will I be allowed to take her with me?

-Anything I should know about moving to America?

I vacation there yearly so it depends on what aprt of florida you are moving to. Have sunscreen!have sunglassses, mayeb a hat, light clothing(such as shorts, thin, breathable material make sure your dog has a hair cut so he or she will stay cool also. Florida is a very beautiful place so you will love it I know. Any more information try going to like a florida website those cna be helpful too.
