Moving to Florida...where do I want to teach?

I will be moving to Florida in a few months. I am a speech/language therapist from NY. What school districts do I want to look at for a job?

um, NOT MIAMI-DADE, i libb here n da kids r so ghetto n rude (including me). Broward kids r smarter and Tallahasee i guess pays the best. Nothern FLorida probably has more pay and better kids to work with. BUt why are you leaving NY? If you want to teach in the Southern FLorida (i storngly disagree because of th ehurricanes) Monroe and Palm Beach are good, Broward beign the best. Skools IN Orlando are good, too.

Before answering it would be good to know where you are planning to move in Florida. Or is the district/position going to determine your eventual location?

idk, i've lived in florida for nearly two decades and i absolutely detest the state. blech.
