I have the option to move to Galway, Cork or Dublin. Where would I pay less to rent a flat and yet have good reliable transportation. I am also interested some day in buying a condo. I am a computer programmer so eventually I would probably change companies I would also look for job availability as factor in settling. For now I got a job that is flexible and could be done out of those 3 locations.

  6. Cork or Galway. Dublin is dreadful

  7. not dublin, where the people are unfriendly and everything is expensive.

  8. Galway,hands down.

  9. Beautiful Galway - best choice by far

  10. I live near Dublin..and I would definitely say no to Dublin..it's too expensive, people generally aren't friendly..they are lots of rough areas and seeing as you're not from here you wouldn't know which ones would be the best.

Cork: Friendly people. Don't know the place too well but I'd say it's better than Dublin. You might find it hard to understand them!!

Galway: Definitely the better of the three. It's a small city but I think it's really like a big town! Really friendly place..not too touristy but very cultural all the same. I don't think it's very expensive. This would definitely be the place I would choose!

  11. I think Galway, its a smaller city so the rent should be cheaper. It is one of the prettest locations in the country and their are many things to do and see there too i.e. great music, nightlife and sports facilities.

  12. go 2 galway and see all them highs and lows
