  1. I didn't move but visited good choice and a great place to live.. i enjoyed it immensly!!

  2. yes but we had to move back to Britain because my mother had died

  3. The place rocks! I lived in Spain for quite a few years and made at least one trip to Mallorca every summer (You get a full month of paid vacation in Spain). Language shouldn't be a problem and meeting people even less. On the job front you may find some obstacles. Spain is pretty tight on their labor laws and immigration policies.

  4. no

  5. Well, I live in Madrid now, but I spent one month in Mallorca last year and it was wonderful.  The weather is amazing, it can get cold though, but never like in the states.  The beach is right there, white sand, cristal clear water.  The people is friendly, but they have the island mentality and are very slow sometimes.  If you are fast paced, take some tranquilizers with you because it can make you crazy, I didn't mind, because I was there only on vacation.  I don't know about jobs,  but certainly I think you can find people that want to learn English, they speak Spanish and Catalanian.   If you want, email me and I'll give you my messenger and we can chat and ask me any questions.  Good luck
