The corcoran group does high end realty in manhattan.

Funny, you don't sound like you are wealthy.  I would expect a certain refinement that i don't perceive here.

I doubt that people who can afford a penthouse in Manhattan usually inquire about them through this site.  Why don't you go though your Realtor? A professional would be able to handle all the details for you.

Hope you are richer than rich....we pay 3000.00 for 425 sq foot studio.
