I am a US born citizen with a hispanic heritage and I am married to a mexican national. We will be having to move to mexico within the next few months, I have a one major concern, which is where to live? I do know that we will have to live as close to nogales, mex as we can get because I will be commuting to nogales arizona to work., but how does one go about getting finding a place to live in nogales mexico or in a town closer enough to the border?

  1. Same way you find a place to live in the U.S.  you can use a real estate agent...they usually  handle rentals as well as sales.  You can drive around town, pick areas you like and watch for signs.  Many owners just put up signs, esp. for rentals.  See sites below for starters.

  2. You really need connections here to get the best deals... the real estate guys deal with americans and will rent you a mexican place at American prices--- go there and make some connections either at churches or rotary clubs or somewhere--- that way the locals will e able to tell you what's available at a resonable price in a decent neighbourhood.
