If you are looking to rent, you still need to view the property beforehand, it could take some time, it is so hard to get a place these days that allows pets. There is a nice part near Rockingham/ Safety Bay that have house developments, you could get lucky there, close to beach, only about an hour away south from Perth.

Depends on how many cats and dogs you have.  Many councils, not only in Perth, limit the number of animals you can keep.  So, you'll have to check that first.  It could also be difficult to rent a house.  It's often hard enough with one pet, but with many you could have a real problem.
