  1. the United States aren't going through a very pleasant time, there's recession here, gas prices so high and don't seem to stop going up, not a good time to come here, the biggest unemployment rate in the past 30 years.

But it depends on where are you coming from, if you're coming from a very poor country then that's a different story, also depends on what kind of benefits you're looking for.

  2. benefits? what type of benefits are you looking for? we have health care and insurance and what not. you can go back to school. there are many jobs here. many beautiful cities and houses. what exactly are you looking for information about?

  3. I suppose a lot depends on where you live now and where in the USA you expect to live.  You seem to have an understanding of English grammar so you could live almost anywhere except some ethnic pockets in some cities where you might be out of place.

You also did not mention your education. An educated person would probably find living in the US relatively easy (if a bit different).

You did not mention your career path.

In short coming to the US and finding success depends on a lot of factors. Since you did not mention any of them and may not have an awareness of them perhaps you should consider staying where you are.

  4. Based on the way you asked the question I would say no. Reason for saying no is based on your lack of knowledge of the immigration process and lack of knowledge of the immigration process indicates a lack of research in to the idea. You cannot just enter America, legally, and expect to stay there permanently. To begin with you must meet certain criteria, not have a criminal record, and be able to support yourself. Without having a means of supporting yourself and skills to obtain a job that pays well enough for you to live it is quite unlikely you would be granted permission to stay permanently. In my opinion you need to think this through more and do a lot more research before making such a decision.

  5. that would greatly depend on were you are coming from
