Moving to baltimore md?

currently in minnesota, got job in baltimore md and trying to move and i don't know any thing about that area cant decide please help me . is live expensive? is it good place to leave? compare to minnesota what good and bad in baltimore?

I would think twice about this. Although the area around the harbor is nice, Baltimore has a rough inner city.
