Moving to company compound in Philippines. What is life in general going to be like? Pros and cons?

I think the pros would far outweigh the cons,  unless the compound is in fact an offshore drilling rig.

You will have free everything.   Electricity, water, mess and all sorts of services.

The only con I could think of is the possibility that it could be in a remote place and access to night life is limited.

If you don't mind all the traffic and pollution then you'll be ok...There's lots of places to go there from dusk 'til dawn, scenic views and such...Public transportation's a plenty also...Have a good time and good luck w/your company's relocation
