  1. Hey there,

Why dont you use www.yell.com and search for the type of shop you are looking for.

if these are all homeware shops then i would suggest Habitat or www.ikea.co.uk or Iwww.LVA.co.uk or www.johnlewis.co.uk or www.lauraashley.co.uk all have websites try googling them., all have nice furniture.

in terms of home asscessories you might need to look in shops like British home stores www.bhs.co.uk or marks and spencer www.marksandspencer.co,uk but if you are after cheep and chearful you could go to asda wallmart www.asda.co.uk and thay have just tons of stuff for the home.

B&Q is the big shop for baths/ kitchens and building / gardening/ paint/ wallpaper i think their website is www.diy.co.uk

    hope it helps...

  2. From my limited knowledge of these stores, I think the best comparison for homewares would be John Lewis or Habitat, both of which have stores nationwide.

As for Radio Shack, I think we have these over here, but there's also a electrical/gadget chain called Maplin.

Good luck, and I wish you a successful move.

  3. What do these shops sell, as you want equivalent shops but people in the UK don't have those shops so don't know what they sell? We could give you an answer then.....??
