Moving to salou in spain.?

Question

Myself, my husband and 3 children are wanting to move to spain to live and have a few questions!

1) We can not afford to send our children to a private english school so what are the state schools like for english children? How would you go about getting the kids into a spainish school if they are suitable for them?

2) What are the best websites with info on renting property? What laws/paperwork etc are needed to rent a property?

3) What type of bills do you have to pay? ie. taxes, etc..

4) How do you go about buying english food?

5) Any other info or advice would be great.

Do you have a job to go to? schools all teach English, food in the supermarkets is the same as ours. Salou closes down around October, I went October and it was cold and deserted. Why Salou? it is great for summer holidays but not permanently, do you know there is a large chemical plant near salou that recently had a leak?
