Moving to the Netherlands?

Question

Ok i live in Israel and i've been wanting to move to Europe for a while, i've been to the Netherlands a few times when i flew to Amsterdam for a trip and i liked the country. My question is how do i organize a thing like, moving to another country that is (in this case the Netherlands). Any info would be helpful.
