Where is the best location in upstate NY? I'd like to move somewhere where there is a lot to do, there is a younger crowd, and the people are nice. How is Rochester...or Albany???

  1. I'm not sure how old you are, but college kids seems to be the younger crowds on the campuses, try Utica, Syracuse, or Buffalo, a nice Corning Museum lies in one of those places, lots to do in those big towns, great farmland, and deer in forest, nothing like NYC where I am, when I get the money and enough of it from my current job, I'm moving far away, so I agree to get out of this noisy, jammed, conjested city. I'm a college student infact...........

  2. Dont move to utica, i use to live there uhggg there is nothing to do, there is a crappy mall, like one movie theater which is always packed and uhh thats pretty much it. All my friends there cant wait to go to college and get out of there.  Buffalo has cold winters, lots of snow. So if your not a winter person i wouldnt suggest moving there. Rochester and albany are both better choices than syracuse, in my opinion, but i've only visited. Hope i helped. ♥

  3. have you considered Burlington, VT?...
