Mower wont start has gas and spark turns over butstill dont start ?

If it is a rider, check the safety switches. One for the blade engagement, one for the seat and at least one for the mower being in gear. Check the fuel hose for clogs and make sure the air filter is clean.

You probably have  a stuck float valve or one of the orifices in he Carberourator is clogged.

Make sure its on a level surface. Maybe it needs to be primed, check that the air filter is cleaned.

Check gas, oil might need to replace spark plug or you flooded the engine wait about 15 mins then try again

It might need oil or just kick the d**n thing, at least thats what I do and the son of a b*tch always seems to work when I do that.

My mower has done that all year because I am too cheap to buy new gas, so I am using last year's leftover. Get some of that starter spray and spray it into the air filter, then try it. It's worked for me all year!

Gary swap out your spark plug with a new one.  Buy a can of starting fluid that will make it start.
