Everton manager http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/David-c10409 Moyes revealed that he was saddened to hear the news of Rangers liquidation and their subsequent expulsion from the SPL, after the Scottish giants failed to repay their creditors.

The Toffees newly signed striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Steven-Naismith-c34205 also expressed his dismay to see his former employers in a state of turmoil, and indicated that he decided to decamp from Ibrox Stadium due to all the uncertainty surrounding the club’s future.
The Gers, who finished second in the Scottish Premier League last season, have won the League Championship 54 times. Furthermore, they have got 33 Scottish Cups to their name and also lifted the League Cup on 27 occasions.
Moyes, who hails from the city of Glasgow, let out his dejection to see his home town club in a state of mess. He mentioned that he was trying to keep himself abreast with what was happening at the Ibrox Stadium and admitted that he was shocked to see a
club of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rangers-c40314 stature to be in a financial quagmire.
While talking to reporters, he said: “I'm from the city myself, so I know exactly what it means - and it is a terrible situation. I couldn't tell you all the ins and outs, but I am looking at it and thinking it is terrible that a club of Rangers' stature
would even be in this position.”
A veteran of 140 games for Rangers over a period of five years, Naismith revealed that had spent the best time of his career at Glasgow. He mentioned that he was perturbed over the current state of affairs at the Scottish outfit, but insisted that he made
a professionally right decision of moving to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Everton-c39043.
He told the reporters, “It was a big decision that had to be made, and I'm glad I can move on and work on the football side of things… Part of my reason for moving on was the uncertainty. Rangers don't know what league they are playing in.”
The forward then went on to say that his transfer to Goodison Park was like a dream come true for him as he had always desired to play in the Premier League. He also felt that Everton have shown a marked progression over the last ten years under David Moyes,
and lauded their phenomenal performance during the previous season.
