Everton boss, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/David-c10409 Moyes, praised the impact made by Swansea City since their return to top flight and feels that they will be even more dangerous this season.
The Scott hailed the role of the Swans former manager, Brendan Rodgers, in constructing the team over the last couple of years. However, he feels that the south http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Michael-c25261 Laudrup, and that they will
be a difficult side to beat for Everton on Saturday.
Swansea ended up at an impressive eleventh place in the prevenient term in their debut EPL appearance.
However, they are now looking even more dangerous, having already pocketed 7 points from their first 4 games. In the process, they have netted 10 goals – joint highest so far in the league alongside Manchester United and Fulham.
After suffering a 2-0 defeat in their previous game at the hands of Aston Villa, Laudrup’s men will now be looking to get back to winning ways, as they play host to Everton on Saturday.
Nonetheless, Moyes believes that Swansea have become even more potent offensively, since the Dane took over the reins of the club.
He pointed out that under Brendan Rodgers, the Swans struggled to score goals on consistent basis. However, that problem has now been wiped out by the new manager.
“Swansea are a really good side and have done great but it’s a different season, it’s a new manager and, from what I’ve seen already, I think he’s slightly different to Brendan in bits and pieces of how they play,” he told the reporters.
“I think they look as if they can score goals, I think they’ve got a little bit more threat.”
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Everton-c13019 are often tagged as ‘slow starters’ due to their failure to get the season off to a good start over the last couple of years.
However, the Merseysiders seem to have shunned that appellation, given their blistering start to the term so far.
Already, they have beaten Manchester United and Aston Villa, and played out a 2-2 draw with Newcastle United in their last game.
Moyes still feels that his side needs to notch up a couple of more wins in the coming matches in order to avoid a bad start.
He also praised their performance so far, but insisted that they should not congratulate themselves as yet as the season has only just started.
“We tend not to do that badly over the first two or three games, it’s the games between four and 10 that haven’t gone so well. It makes the Swansea game an important one,” he added.
