Mozilla Firefox crashed?

Two days ago, I was on Mozilla---it ran fine. I closed everything down, and when I returned, I clicked the icon, but instead of it opening up...an error thing came up it said:'MOZILLA CRASH REPORTER. FIREFOX HAD A PROBLEM AND CRASHED. WE'LL TRY TO RESTORE YOUR TABS AND WINDOWS WHEN IT RESTARTS. TO HELP DISNOSE AND FIX THE PROBLEM, YOU CAN SEND US A CRASH REPORT.'

I sent the crash report, and still nothing. I took it off my computer, and then downloaded it again. I restarted my computer, etc.

I don't know what else I can do---any ideas what the problem is, and how I can fix it?

So is firefox still crashing, even after reinstalling?

The crash report you sent will help the developers to trace the reason for the crash, so they can fix it in the next version that will be released.

Just make sure you have the latest version of Firefox.

just go to restore crahed session if it does not work

go to file ont he menu bar  and click restart firefox
