Mp3 adapter for 2007 toyota corolla?

i have a 2007 toyota corolla, with stock 6-cd changer, and i was wondering if there was something i could do so i can play my mp3 player, creative zen vision M, through the stereo. i do not have any external AUX inputs and i have found that fm transmitters give poor quality and an looking for something that gives better quality. something DIY maybe?

y not puchase an aftermaket stereo, plays MP3's and would look good in that car

and you wont have to go trough all that trouble just to find an adapter.
