Mp3 and zip question?

does anybody know a free way to extract MP3s from zip files i would rather not download something but i will if thats the only way

7-zip is good for extracting files. It is free, I will link it in the sources.

A zip file it is a compresion method to transport files,trought the net those files can be un any format, you created a folder in Mydesktop/music and extract to there, then you can open any media player and play then or convert to the format you want.

winrar is what i use. Support them. They're pretty good.

Of course, if your asking to extract files without the password, i can't  help you there.
