Mp3 legal to download?

if i am the artist and i like to share my personal mp3 with others what infringement of copyright have i done? same goes for singers like whitney housten , if she wants to share her mp3 what infringment is there?

As far as I know, unless you're under a contract or something of that sorts, there are no laws PROTECTING your music, so feel free to share it. But sharing it without anything to protect you may enable someone else to steal your song and claim it as theirs.
