Question:

Mp3/mp4 player stuck on hour glass

I have a no name mp3\mp3 player stuck on hour glass since a few hours after recieving it,have tried holding down the menu and center keys together, this did not work. Also, tried reformating on computer as suggested but the computer will not read that is there.
please help.
