i'm from argentina and my english is not well. so i just upgrade the mp3 firmware, and after that, the player frozen every time that i turn it on (and i can't turn it off, i just remove the battery). The philp's device manager installed in my pc starts correctly, but when i plug the player to the USB some window apear saying "microsoft C++ (or something)... buffer overrun detected... the program must be terminated" (something like that) so i can't repair the player anyway. thanks for the help
