Mp3 player will not load music

Question

I bought an mp3 player on ebay and am trying to load music on for the kids. There were no installation disks and anytime I try to open it up the system says ''Please insert disk into Drive E'' Why does it do this and is there anywhere I can get a generic MP3 player driver from to see if that is the problem? I don't have a brand name either
