for the past few months i have been trying to get my hdd1630/17 gogear fix but cant, not even the experts at philips could help. every time i connect the mp3 player to my pc a balloon pops up and states "usb device not recognized no drivers installed for this device" so i open its properties and trouble shoot and it comes out to the solution that it is working properly which it is not. i have done it all unistalled windows media player restored my pc taked my pc to get a dynogstic exam and everything can out ok.....who can help me?......I haven't been able to find any way to repair my GoGear HDD1630. My computer and the software don't recognize that it linked with the computer..
The player WILL NOT play AT ALL. It says to "connect to the computer", but it WILL NOT CONNECT! I tried trouble shooting the device via my computer, but my computer says the device is working properly. It's not.
