I was given an mp3 player from store on line for attending one of there presentations. On the box it says to go to storesonlinemp3.com for instructions. I have not found the instructuions yet, can you help me. Thank you

cant dowd load music

i dont have a user manual only a quick start on my sansa 240, and i dont know how to put pic's or download music any sites to get a manual asap?
