Mp3 that does not work

Question

My mr3 player "etec" is not working. It does not work and if I put it in my computer it makes an error message "E/S error". In the front of the mp3 player say " Ver 2.600.100" and I dont know what is this. Can you help me please?I have a very important information on this player.Thanks a lot.
