Mr.Chow is a resturant?

Is Mr.Chow a 5 star resturant? I know it is a resturant. Why does every famous celebrity patronize this resturant. It doesn't seem appealing.

i didn't like it very much when we went to the one in palo alto now and then but now that I live in knoxville I'd kill for something like that.  this chicken biscuit mess is really hard to get used to.
