Mr christmas double decker carousel rotation...

Question

Model # 19993 - sold by Lowe's.
Music and lights are ok.
Rotation has stopped. Instruction manual troubleshooting says turn off power and reappy power to correct. Doesn't resolve problem.
No parts manual or how to disassemble carousel. Mfrs website is not available today 12-27-08. (www.mrchristmas.com)
Is there a detailed parts manual available anywhere that also describes disassembly and reassembly?
