Ms. teen california?? Anyone with experiance?

So I'm sure tons of other girls got the letter that I got in the mail but I am still pretty confused by everything. I checked out the site but they don't give that much information.

Why have I never gotten a letter before?

Do you have to get into shape becaue it said that your hieght and overall appereance didn't matter? I'm short and average in weight and I could trim down ten pounds.

What is good to put in the application?

What kinds of things do you have to do?

Do you have to show your talents? What if you have none? I can write really well but its not really a talent.

What is general things to know?

What kind of personality do you need to have?

Does every city have a competition? Is there one in the bay area? I have family there and I go there a lot even though its pretty far from where I live.

What kinds of questions do they ask?

I don't think is really a "community service" question - you might get more responses in another category.

Pageants don't normally send letters out soliciting contestants. It sounds to me like it may be some sort of scam - especially if there is an entrance fee.

You shouldn't worry about the competition and spend more time studying your school work. Beauty is nothing without a brain.

In addition, I have a very hard time believing that you are a straight "A" student. This is why........."experiance"
