Mschart and hscroll bar in vb6.0

Question

i want hscroll bar for mschart in vb6.0
i want to move forward and backward , so that on clicking forward the chart to show next records of a oracle table and similarly for backward button on clicking of hscroll bar will show previous records in mschart of same table of oracle
