Msconfig access denied

I can't save changes made in msconfig though I'm ihaving the administrator's access. Any other way to solve this problem?

  1. Check if you firewall allows you this operation. Reboot the system (or even better if you completely turn it off and wait for several minutes) and try again.

    And of course you can reinstall the OS.
