Msg while start up

Question

when ever my computer starts up one message appears that is "cannot find file 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\virus Removal.vbs' ". plls fix the problemone more thing when i insert the pendrive my computer is not reading it. when i insert pendrive computer is asking to format it. it is having an important data. ONE MORE THING I WANT TO SAY IS when i reinstaled my computer with windows xp cd that i have forgotten to remove the pendrive from the cpu slot. In my computer all drivers were formatted. now i want to recover the data in pendrive only. is possible?pls fix my problem
