Msn messenger help?????????????

i keep trying to down windows live messenger. after i press run a little box pops up saying that windows live suite hasnt been installed. and it shows this code: 0x80070643 and

Description: fatal error during installation

It would suggest a installer problem, uninstall whats left and try the MSI installer instead
