Hi,I am experiencing difficulty with this device. I have connected it properly and have installed the relevant software successfully but still do not seem to be getting any joy. The device does not have an external power source, it is powered by the keyboard port, the other connection is via the usb port courtesy of an rs232 to usb adaptor. I have installed and reinstalled but have yet to get it working successfully. oN AN OCCASION i HAD REACHED FURTHER IN THE INSTALLATION PROCESS, BUT WAS THWARTED BY A MESSAGE THAT SAID INVALID PORT.URGENT HELP REQUIRED.Thank you
